Since its origins, Cellier des Dauphins has always kept its boldness and innovative thinking in the creation of its wines. In 2021, we are launching ORIGINES, which highlights our history but also our historic commitment to preserve our territory. This new IGP Drôme HVE (High Environmental Value) range is available in a varietal red, rosé and white as well as in 3 formats: 75 cl bottle, 3L Bag-in-Box, but also 25 cl cans!

The ORIGINES project only presents a small part of our commitments. There is much more to know about the missions that Cellier des Dauphins has followed since its creation in 1967. Our contribution to the preservation of our terroir and the transmission of our know-how is concentrated on 3 levels:
– Eco-design of packaging
– Sustainable development
– Waste reduction and preservation of natural resources.
Eco-design of packaging :
Particular attention is given to responsible actions at each stage of production of our products, starting with the packaging. As firm believers in eco-design, we encourage our packaging suppliers to constantly seek new sustainable solutions for all the elements that go into our products: from the bottle, and the carton, right through to the pallet. The two major preoccupations are to constantly reduction the quantity of packaging and the search for bio-sourced materials.
Sustainable Development :
In the vineyards, we are perpetually seeking new solutions in support of vineyard management practices that protect biodiversity and to encourage the transmission of terroirs from generation to generation.
A major player in the region, we are the leading organic vineyards in the Rhone Valley, with 1,350 certified hectares, and our growers are committed to obtaining High Environmental Value certification. From 250 hectares in 2019, we will have almost 2,000 hectares in 2021.
Waste reduction and the preservation of resources:
Cellier des Dauphins works constantly to reduce waste and preserve our resources in water and electricity. 90% of our waste is recycled and each year we reduce its volume by 5%.
