At the beginning of 2021, WINE ENTHUSIAST journalist Anna Lee Lijima tasted the new vintages and innovations of Cellier des Dauphins. On this occasion, Côtes du Rhône RESERVE Rosé 2020 and IGP Drôme VAL SOLÉU Rosé 2020 obtained a score of 90 points, and the RESERVE Rosé was even awarded “Best Buy” by the journalist.
Beautiful notes rewarding the work of our passionate winegrowers, and the commitment of the winemaking team to create always more qualitative and aromatic wines.
We invite you to discover these two wines, which will accompany your summer tastings!
RÉSERVE Côtes du Rhône Rosé 2020 : 90 points – Best Buy
A bright, clear wine with a pale purple hue and an appetizing nose. The palate offers indulgent notes of red berry fruit, such as redcurrants, and fresh, floral notes that linger on the finish.
VAL SOLÉU IGP Drôme Rosé 2020 : 90 points
Pale and brilliantly gleaming with rose-petal highlights. Thiol type aromas of citrus fruit such as grapefruit and exotic fruit in the mouth. A rosé of outstanding freshness packed with deliciously crisp, tangy fruit. Remarkably well-balanced and mouth filling, with a persistence underscored by superb freshness. The elegance and aromatic power of Val Soléu transports us straight to the sun-filled valleys of the South of France!
