Vinification :
Traditional method . Aged during 6 to 8 months in the cathedral-cellars.
Characteristics of the wine :
  • Deep red robe.
  • Clear spicy note.
  • well-structured, rich and round, long finish.
  • Can be served with game, red meat and cheese.
  • Serving temperature : 17-18°C.
